Hitting the Road

I haven't run even a mile in at least 4 months. It all started with an injury last August, and then the excuses just continued to pile up. So here I am. I don't work tomorrow and have plans to run at least 3 miles. I figure if I post about it tonight, then maybe, just maybe I might be more accountable (or something like that). I'll let you know how it goes...
